Brian Chapmon, Performance BMW We recently were having trouble with our BMW 325I. It was running terrible. I usually fix our cars myself. I spent a long time on this one and had no luck. I took the car to the West German Garage. For a hundred dollars they told me the mass air flow sensor was bad. For another three hundred dollars I replaced the m.a.f. sensor just to find out that this was not the problem. I brought the car in to Performance BMW to see if they could help. It was assigned to Patricia. Patricia had the service people check the car. She advised that two engine seals were leaking so bad that it caused a vacuum leak. This would involve a lot of labor and would cost $1,149.00 for the repair. I was not happy to spend that much money and I let Patricia know it. Since then my feelings have changed. Patricia was very friendly and courteous. She was a real pleasure to work with. She explained how this problem would make the car run bad and she explained the labor intensive work it takes to replace the seals. Well, now the car is running like new. Patricia also followed up with me to make sure that everything was okay. She also advised of a problem they found with the brakes. I do a lot of work on brakes so I decided to handle this one myself. When I think back about the service now, I remember Patricia, the pleasant person who helped me rather than the cost of the repair. Thank you for having Patricia as an employee. Dear Mr. Ramoin,
I am writing to let you know how much I love my 2007 BMW Z4 that I purchased from your dealership on July 30th. The salesperson was Mr. Ed Hagen. I?ve had quite a few cars over the years, e.g., Cadillac, Acura, etc. I can honestly say that I have never experienced anything like I experienced at Performance BMW on July 30th. I had an appointment with Mr. Hagen at around 11 a.m. I got there about an hour earlier than I had expected. They paged him; he met me, shook my hand, and gave me a big welcome to the dealership.
The deal was already completed by the time I had arrived and all I had to do was look at the car which Ed had cleaned and believe me when I say it was immaculate, not a spot of dirt anywhere. Looked brand new! We took the car for a test drive, it handled better than I had expected and I fell in love with it. We returned to the dealership and Ed went over everything with me, from the BMW Assist to explaining the books and I mean each book. He walked me around the dealership and introduced me to your service advisors, showed me the service bays which was every bit as clean as the Z4. He took me to the car and explained each feature to me including the blue and white logo and its meaning. He paired my cell phone with the Bluetooth in the car which worked perfectly. He explained all the warranty and then took me to the business manager to close the deal.
I arrived at your dealership at 10 a.m. and left around 12:30. I?ve never in my life had anyone pay so much attention to me as did Mr. Hagen. He was absolutely fantastic and so was everyone else in your dealership. They all said hello, good morning, do you want something to drink? The folks where I bought my Honda never said anything to me in the almost five years I took it to them for service. The only people that ever talked to me where the service writers.
My experience at Performance BMW was a memorable event. I won?t hesitate to recommend your dealership to all my friends in Elizabeth City, NC and the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Your dealership was just fantastic and I have no doubt your service will be the say way.

I have been meaning to write you to let you know how your team at Performance/BMW went beyond the call of duty. Tim Blancett and Jon Hilliard helped me pull off the ultimate surprise for my wife, Carson Sloan Henline. It was her 50th birthday and the car was delivered to the Angus Barn perfectly for her surprise, a big red bow and flowers to top things off! She is still pinching herself to make sure it was not a dream. Without Tim, Jon and their ideas, it would not have been as special.

The issue involved leaking fluid from my interior rear-view mirror and subsequent damage to my front passenger seat. During this process I was met at every turn with courtesy, professionalism, and an ovbious eager desire to correct the situation to my complete satisfaction. That is exactly what occured. Over the past 28 years, I have purchased six new automobiles (Volvo, Mazda, Chevrolet, Mercedes, Toyota and BMW). My most recent purchase was a 2009 BMW 335i Convertible from Performance BMW in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The Salesman, Ed Hagen, and other staff members at Performance BMW made this the best car buying experience I have experienced. Ed greeted me as I entered the dealership. Once he understood I was interested in a 3 Series Convertible, he showed me the different models, explained the different options, took me on a test drive and gave me a tour of the Service department. Ed was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and able to answer all of my questions.
